These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiligrown ("jiligrown," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jiligrown website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jiligrown, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

jiligrown reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use jiligrown, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of jiligrown, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jiligrown or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jiligrown reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended, and any funds in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jiligrown. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiligrown account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiligrown will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

jiligrown reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide any documentation reasonably requested.

All financial transactions on jiligrown are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiligrown supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally completed within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to jiligrown's anti-money laundering procedures.
• jiligrown reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• jiligrown does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

jiligrown is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

jiligrown offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your jiligrown account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• jiligrown reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotional terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward bonus rollover requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on jiligrown use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rates for each game.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on jiligrown's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. jiligrown's decision on any disputed game outcome shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.

jiligrown reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiligrown and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jiligrown support immediately.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or fraudulent betting activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jiligrown Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jiligrown account on your behalf.

jiligrown reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or e-wallet provider.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification procedures. jiligrown will not be liable for any losses you may incur as a result of account suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jiligrown support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

All content on the jiligrown Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of jiligrown or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any jiligrown intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any jiligrown content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiligrown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jiligrown's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiligrown account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiligrown does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. jiligrown shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, malware, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of your use of the Platform.

jiligrown reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiligrown will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiligrown Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jiligrown's customer support team. jiligrown will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
